Q. How quickly will my order be shipped?

A. We ship orders within 1-2 business days.  We are a small family business day, please allow up to one week. Occasionally there may be a delay, which is rare. If there is a delay beyond one week, we will contact you to discuss your preference.

Q. I did not get a confirmation of my order.

A. Email confirmations are sent when your order is placed, as well as an additional email when your order is shipped. Please check your spam or junk email filters to be sure that your notifications reach your inbox.

Q. May I return my item?

A. You may return undamaged , uncut, unused item within 14 days. Please email us to let us know, so that we may follow up with you promptly.  All refunds will be reduced by our cost the ship the item to you, And an additional 5% restocking fee. If an item is marked "nonreturnable", then it cannot be returned.

Q. Can I get a swatch?

A. Swatches are NOT available for quilting cottons.  Swatches are available for home dec and outdoor fabrics. There is no charge for a small number of swatches mailed to the USA.  We will mail a small number of swatches to international addresses, for a cost of $5.00.
